An extraordinary relic of the ancient Roman world - a calcite crystal gaming dice.

Beautifully crafted with numbered dots (I-VI) and made from calcite crystal, derived from limestone.

Fortunately, this wonderful piece has been very carefully preserved and makes for an interesting and stunning piece.

At 13mm, it is unusually larger than most typical Roman gaming dice.

Weight 7gr. Condition = excellent.

British historian, US gallery (2020s)
Private professional collection, US (1990)
