Exceptional specimen of quartz with halloysite inclusions, commercially known as 'Cuarzo Mango'. This idiomorphic single crystal stands out for its macro-crystallinity, as its length significantly exceeds 70 mm, an uncommon size for mango quartz. The crystal exhibits superior vitreous transparency and an unusual mirror-like luster on its prismatic faces. Its aesthetics are very good, enhanced by the intense contrast created by apical chromatic zonation, where halloysite concentrates a vibrant yellow tone at the termination. Crystallographically, it is a piece of great interest, as its atypical morphology at the termination deviates from the canonical habit of quartz. It is in pristine condition.
