A complete ski, fun in terms of structure and responsiveness in turns. Stable, responsive, reactive, and enjoyable. The Salomon X-race SL is very intuitive when entering and exiting turns, thanks also to a softer spatula compared to the rest of the structure. It is very maneuverable in tight curves, well balanced, soft yet solid. The structure is of the robust type, 'having a hardness similar to that of the Worldcup SL skis, which allows it to stay close to the ground and deform gradually.' The ski fully aligns with the profile, receiving high praise from our testers. However, it is not a ski for everyone but only for a technically prepared audience, with good physical performance, especially seeking performance in tight turns.
