Paleolithic hand axe made of jasper with a warm brown patina, measuring 15 cm high and 9 cm wide, dating to the Early–Middle Paleolithic (approximately 400,000–150,000 BP), in excellent condition and originating from a private collection in the Netherlands.

A large and powerful heavy-duty chopper / hand axe, made from dense jasper–chalcedony with a warm brown patina typical of long-term geological exposure.
