Description from the seller
Laguiole Bougna knife or folding knife made of olive wood with corkscrew in a beautiful box, including a sharpening steel, leather case, and oil for proper care of the knife.
Veer with embellished decorations on the back of the handle together with the well-known Laguiole bee.
The shepherd's cross also sits on the handle. This was used by shepherds during their long journeys across the land to pray for the meal, with the knife stuck into the bread. French shepherds often also enjoyed wine, which led to versions made with a corkscrew, of which this is one.
Equipped with an olive wood handle with stainless steel bolsters. This knife features an elegant, robust, and original design. The sharp, finely etched stainless steel blade is highly resistant to corrosion.
What's special about olive wood is that the tree may only be used once it has stopped producing olives. This is usually after 100 years. This means this beautiful knife is made of wood over 100 years old. The pocket knife has a stylish and sleek design. Thanks to its slim design, the knife fits comfortably in the hand.
Ideal if you want to personalize your attentions, as it comes already packaged in a beautiful box with a leather case, including a small sharpening steel and oil to maintain the knife.
This pocket knife will become a daily must-have, whether it's for the kitchen or your outdoor adventures.
Please note that there are no papers or a certificate included with this knife. The set is unused, and therefore just like new.
Laguiole
The well-known knife from France is originally a beautiful functional pocket knife. Laguiole is not a brand name, but a reference to a French village. Designed based on a Spanish pocket knife called navaja and a local French folding knife called capuchadou.
