A rare clay frog talisman whistle , symbol of fertility and abondance from the ancient Indochinese culture. First Millennium AD.
In good condition. It has been cleaned, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand forming,a nice artisan handwork. Traces of use and age on its surface. Small hairline on the body.
Purchased Mid 90's in Budapest by Dr. Zelnik from the collection of a former ambassador in Cambodia,H.E.A.A.
