For sale is a charming floral pendant lamp in the romantic Florentine style from Italy. This decorative piece combines exquisite craftsmanship with the timeless charm of classic vintage aesthetics – a true jewel for collectors, lovers of Mediterranean designs, or shabby-chic interiors.

The chandelier is made of intricately crafted metal painted in an elegant, lightly patinated gold tone. The design is inspired by floral Art Nouveau: numerous leaves, curved tendrils, and large, colorful flowers adorn the frame in elaborate craftsmanship. The blossoms in shades of pink, red, and yellow are shaped from porcelain and hand-painted – each one a unique piece.

This pendant lamp features an elaborately designed three-dimensional rose arrangement made of metal, intricately crafted and painted in delicate shades. The frame is made of hand-bent and patinated hand-forged iron, finished in the typical Florentine style with an antique-white paint – intentionally applied unevenly to create an authentic 'Shabby Chic' effect.

The stylized leaves and tendrils are three-dimensionally shaped, with slightly oxidized surfaces and beautiful patina. However, the highlight is the intricately embedded porcelain flowers in pastel tones—primarily pink, old pink, cream white, and gentle yellow. Each of these blossoms is a unique piece, lovingly handmade and painted—typical of Florentine lighting fixtures from the post-war period.

In the middle sits a single lamp socket (E27), surrounded by delicate metal tendrils and roses. The lamp is attached to the ceiling and can also be hung slightly lower. With a socket: 1 x E27 (standard size).

Such floral lamps are rare and very sought after today – especially in such good condition. The combination of metal, Florentine patina, and delicate blossoms is typical of the floral design movement of the 1950s in Italy. Comparable pieces regularly fetch high sale prices on international platforms.


Condition: Corresponds to age, excellently preserved, functional. Patina and minor paint chipping are intentional in the shabby chic style. The lamp socket is slightly broken/damaged at the edge but not noticeable. These minor flaws are not apparent in the overall impression over time. See the last photo.
