Seze gebouwenset die speciaal is ontworpen voor het 10-jarige jubileum van de serie LEGO modulaire gebouwen. 

Deze set zit vol schitterende, geraffineerde details en leuke verrassingen. 
De afzonderlijke gebouwdelen zijn eenvoudig te verwijderen zodat je de gedetailleerde interieurs kunt bekijken, 

 begane grond met een bakkerij, bloemenwinkel en café,
 eerste verdieping met muziekwinkel, fotostudio en tandartspraktijk 
bovenverdieping met dansstudio en een appartement met toegang tot het dakterras met barbecue. 
Aan de buitenkant van het gebouw vind je een gedetailleerd trottoir met cafémeubilair, een fontein, straatlantaarns en een sierlijke gevel met fraai gedetailleerde ramen en deuren, drie winkelborden om zelf te bouwen, een torentje met spits en een decoratieve daklijst. Inclusief acht minifiguren en een baby.

   Het gebouwencomplex heeft een realistische, sierlijke voorgevel met gedetailleerde ramen en deuren, drie winkelborden, een toren met spits, een decoratieve daklijst en dakterras, plus een gedetailleerd trottoir met fontein, terrasmeubilair en twee straatlantaarns.
