Burmese Neuroptera specimen from the Cretaceous period, polished amber, in natural condition.

Authentic Burmese amber (Burmite) from the Kachin region of Myanmar, with excellent clarity and a warm golden color.
The piece contains several well-preserved fossil insects, including:
One larger insect with wide, lace-like wings, most likely belonging to the order Neuroptera (lacewing-type insect).
Several small insects, likely Hymenoptera (parasitic wasp types), commonly found in Cretaceous Burmese amber.
The main inclusion shows beautifully preserved wing venation, clearly visible through the transparent amber.

Size: 1.5 × 0.6 cm
Weight: approx. 0.3 g
Age
Cretaceous period – approx. 99 million years old
Condition
Polished amber piece, very clear, no major fractures.
Inclusions are well-visible and scientifically interesting.
