Seiichi Nomura - Pola-Shock - 1996

Pola-Shock Seiichi Nomura Alligator Magazine/1996/Japanese/183*258*13 Wani Magazine Japanese photographer Seiichi Nomura's photo book Pola-Shock / Pola-Shock was born in 1951. After graduating from the Tokyo College of Photography, Nomura worked for an advertising agency before becoming a freelance photographer in 1973. Nomura is best known for his photogravures in weekly magazines and manga magazines, and for his photo collections of actresses and idols, but he has also worked on advertising and record jackets, and directed the film Natural Woman 2010. This book consists of Polaroid works published in the 1990s. Looking at the photogravures alone, the illustrations are what you would call beautiful and seductive, but when the same models are photographed on Polaroid, they reveal a different and seductive beauty, as sensual as Araki's. This collection is a must for Polaroid lovers, and Poraloid Theater, published the same year by Schola, is also recommended.
