80-piece crystal glassware service by Val Saint-Lambert, very elegant model with crosshatch and olive decor, produced in the 1950s.
Service composition
4 large red wine / water glasses
Height 15 cm – Weight 200 g – Drinking diameter 8.5 cm – Base diameter 7.5 cm
4 small liqueur/digestif glasses.
→ Height 12.5 cm – Weight 100 g – Drinking diameter 7 cm – Base diameter 6 cm
Total weight of the set of 21 glasses
- 4 grands × 200 g = 800 g
- 4 small × 100 g = 400 g
Total = 1200 g
Several glasses still retain their original Val Saint-Lambert label (classic round gold paper).
Condition: Excellent, really close to new.
No sparkle, no scratches, no visible marks, no signs of use. Perfect sound, magnificent shine.
A complete 8-piece set in this condition is now very difficult to find. Perfect for a large party table or for a demanding collector of Belgian crystal.
