The order was established by a decree of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR on November 25 , 1935 . The rules for wearing the order, the color of the ribbon and its placement on the award block were approved by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR "On the Approval of Samples and Description of Ribbons for Orders and Medals of the USSR and the Rules for Wearing Orders, Medals, Order Ribbons and Insignia" of June 19, 1943
Silver 900 weight 33g. High quality gilding
Magnificen Enamel.
Minted for the Moscow Mint( stamp on the reverse).
The unique Number is engraved on the reverse under the hallmark of the Mint
