Cattani Acetaia is located in Modena within a historic building along via Emilia Est, in the heart of the ancient Estensi domains. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena due to its geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
These six 250 ml bottles of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, aged for three years, are the result of Giuseppe Cattani's expertise and experience, heir to the secrets of an ancient family and the passage of time.
