Description from the seller
Batch of 4 bottles of 500 ml each, from the 'Iconiche' line of extra virgin olive oil produced by Azienda agricola Antonino Centonze, Sicily - Italy.
Lithographed latte containing two different extra virgin olive oils.
2 Organic Bottles
Two bottles DOP
All oils are a SLOW FOOD presidium.
Our oil is a 'one-of-a-kind' product precisely because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the mineral abundant in the tuff rock upon which they stand majestically.
The location imparts an unexpected sensory harmony to olives and oil, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola, and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced notes of organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
Centonze oil is characterized, like a pure food ideal for enhancing all the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, with its green color, fruity aroma, and a rich and complex aromatic composition.
These are the qualities that have made the company a leading recipient of numerous awards at both the national and international levels, culminating in its designation as a Slow Food Presidio for extra virgin olive oil in May 2015.
