Elegant oak library ladder (The Netherlands, circa 1910–1930)
This charming old library staircase is a beautiful example of early 20th-century Dutch craftsmanship. Made from solid oak and finished in a warm, natural wood color, this staircase is not only a functional object but also a cozy decorative addition to any interior.
The ladder has four steps and a platform at the top. Thanks to its light weight (about 6 kg), it is easy to move and perfect for styling with plants, books, cans, or other decorative items. The old woodworm holes (no longer active) give this piece an authentic, well-worn look that fits within a country, rustic, or antique style.
