Exquisite porcelain jewelry box with rich hand-painted decoration, featuring a romantic mid 20th century pastoral scene on the lid and an elegant geometric pattern in gold over an emerald-green background. The piece is beautifully mounted with gilded bronze fittings and a hinged lid.

The interior is lined with vibrant pink padded silk, in very good condition and finely crafted. The base bears a blue underglaze mark.
