PIMM Yellow – A Sculptural Table Full of Contrasts
The PIMM table is a bold and sculptural side table that brings together strength and lightness in a visually striking form. Originally envisioned as a functional accent in a modern interior, its distinctive openwork top and industrial silhouette reflect a careful dialogue between utility and design.
Crafted from perforated carbon steel and coated in a vivid powder yellow finish, PIMM captures attention without overwhelming the space. Its compact form makes it ideal as a side table, nightstand, or coffee companion, easily fitting into both minimalist and more eclectic interiors.
The three-legged construction ensures reliable stability—even on uneven floors—while the perforated tabletop adds texture and character. There’s a certain architectural quality to this piece, echoing modernist and post-industrial influences, yet softened by its cheerful color and compact scale.

“PIMM is a table born from contradiction. Its form is strong, but visually light. Its shape is rational, but playful. It was originally designed for our café in Warsaw—one of the city’s first specialty coffee spots—as an outdoor table. The design is slightly experimental, but after more than a decade of intensive daily use, we can confidently say: the experiment worked.
This object naturally creates a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for meeting a friend, sipping coffee, or enjoying a light meal—whether placed indoors, on a terrace, or in the garden.”
This piece comes with a rich history. As a post-exhibition showpiece, it has traveled to some of the most prestigious design fairs in Europe, including the Warsaw Home Fair in 2020, Maison & Objet in Paris in 2021, and Blickfang in Zurich last year. Despite its journey, it remains in excellent condition, with no visible signs of use—ready to find its place in a new home or collection.
