8 trays and a full shoe box with a large assortment of Lego Modulex. Including 20 cards with bottom sheets. Modulex Lego is a scaled-down version of the usual Lego bricks. Released in the 1960’s for architects and planners. In used vintage condition. Size of the trays 28 x 35 cm. 

Godtfred was building a new house in 1960, of course he tried to build it with Lego bricks. The problem was that LEGO bricks, with an aspect ratio of 6:5, were different from the standard European construction modules 1:1. Instead of solving the problem by using the bricks in a different way, he had new special ones poured. Bricks that made it possible for him to build his plans. These new bricks were based on a 5 mm cube (1:1) and were about 5/8 of the size of a standard LEGO brick. After he had completed the model of his new home, he began to look into selling these new elements to architects and planners. (source: Miniland)
