The Czech-born photographer focuses his camera on Dubai.
Using a 1860s camera loaded with waxed-paper negatives, unfit for the hot Dubai climate. In 1851 the waxed-paper negative process was developed by photographer Gustave Le Gray.

The images produced by Martin Becka in this work provide a fantastic view of the rapidly changing Dubai.
