Official document signed by King Vittorio Emanuele III countersigned by Benito Mussolini and Antonino Di Giorgio with which it is established that the Colonel of the Infantry Corps Alberto Novellis of Coarazze ceases from the command of the military district of Foggia and is placed at the disposal of the Commissariat of Aeronautics from March 16, 1925.
