Colourful and impressive Nella Damsma wall plate, handmade enamelled painting on copper. It represents two horses with blossom trees. The copper plate is glued on a large and heavy piece of Wenge wood. 
Overall a splendid and unique work of Dutch art.

Artist:
It is made by Nella Damsma, a female Dutch artist specialist in enamel and silk painting and the making of stained glass. She also makes her own designs.
Since 1967 she made this kind of wall plates in her own company Lama Holland.

Condition:
There are some minimal scratches in the enamel on the background of the picture. This is normal for enamel of 50 years old.
