DIMETRON "World Time" Men's Diver Watch from the 1970s. It has the double bidirectional bezel, one is outer world time bezel and the other inner marker bezel with a big case. 

Movement: Cal. EB8800 -Manual wind - 17Jewels 
Instructions: Winding upper crown rotates inner bezel, outer bezel rotates manually by hand. 
Case Size: 38.1mm (without crown) .
Band Size: Fits up to approx. 21.5cm (wrist-size), Lug:20mm 
Condition: Case has minor signs of wear, tiny scratches, plating seems good. . Minor wear on crowns. Outer world-time bezel,dial,innerbezel is in perfect condition.The watch glass has unnoticiable crack. All functional. Rotating bezels rotates freely. Waterproof-NOT-tested and not recommend to wear underwater before testing. 
Keeping good time.The deviation on the test machine shows +/- "0" seconds per 24 hours.
