John Laurance

A fine example of this classic faience dish with raised edge, pattern no. 635, model no. 3293, designed by Ellen Malmer for Royal Copenhagen, produced in 1975-1979. The abstract botanical pattern is in brown and yellow nuances on white. Marked on the base with the RC motif (three blue waves) and signed EM. 

The dish is factory first quality and is in used, near mint condition. There are no cracks, chips or repairs. This is the largest dish in this series, diameter: 32.5 cm (12.8 in); weight 1.9 kg (4.2lbs). 

This wonderful art dish can be used as part of your mid-century decoration, for example in the living room, kitchen, cafe or restaurant.
