Clément Floch

Beautifully rare work by this respected and famous artist and designer Josephine Mead. Jo Mead was a designer, artist and architect. She initially studied at a design institute in Illinois. She followed lessons from the famous Bauhaus artist Laslo Maholy-Nagy. Started her business in her garage as Jo Mead Designs in 1949 and was head of the company until the 1980s.
She had exhibitions and fairs throughout the USA and her works found a way to countless country houses, hotels and museums. Especially in the US an icon in her field.
This work is in very good condition and signed. 

Dimensions: 65 cm wide, 39 cm high and 6 cm thick. Weight 4 kg. Photos are part of the description. Pickup no problem. Insured shipping with track & trace code.
