The subject of the auction is a cartographic and technical drawing tools manufactured between 1920 and 1930.

EO Richter (aka EO Richter & Co.) is a German company specializing in the manufacture of technical drawing tools.
It was founded in 1875 by Emil Oskar Richter in the Saxon city of Chemnitz.
In the first half of the twentieth century, it became the world's largest manufacturer of compasses and technical drawing tools.
