Fratelli Pardi is very important for the history of the Sagrantino di Montefalco in Umbria. They are just outside the walls of the city of Montefalco, and distinguished by their high quality and small production. Rosso di Montefalco Riserva is a great red, blend of Sangiovese Merlot and sagrantino. This wine of long aging. the best pairing is with lamb or aged pecorino.
