Il Chianti Classico “Tenuta Perano” nasce dai possedimenti della cantina Marchesi de’ Frescobaldi situati nei pressi di Gaiole in Chianti, uno dei comuni storici di produzione della denominazione del Chianti Classico. Il vino ha un bel colore violaceo brillante e un bouquet di profumi ampio e pulito, preludio di un sorso dove la struttura tannica fa vibrare la beva, sempre appagante. Un’etichetta con cui non si sbaglia, andando a scoprire la tradizione del terroir chiantigiano.

Il “Tenuta Perano” è un Chianti Classico che nasce dalle uve di Sangiovese, arricchite dalla presenza di altre piccole percentuali di varietà a bacca rossa ammesse dal disciplinare di produzione. I vigneti in cui crescono queste varietà circondano le colline dolci di Gaiole in Chianti, a circa 500 metri sul livello del mare, con un’esposizione verso sud e sud-ovest. Le vigne hanno una forma particolare, che richiama quella di un anfiteatro, garantendo dunque una perfetta insolazione e concentrando il calore nei terreni. Dopo la diraspatura dei grappoli, gli acini si avviano alla pressatura. Dopo la vinificazione il vino matura per due anni in contenitori di acciaio e in barrique, sino a quando la cantina Marchesi de’ Frescobaldi non dà inizio alle operazioni di imbottigliamento.
