Very rare and very exclusive. You can already see that from the sale price, which was 820 guilders in 1954. 

High Qualilty it reads on the front. And that's absolutely right. Where almost all tube radios have integrated boxes, this one doesn't have that. The intention was that you could attach matching boxes to it yourself and hang them in different places in the room. This gave you optimal sound from different angles.

In this copy everything works. The eye, lighting and the technique. Optically also in very nice condition. The canvas at the top shows some lumps, over the years the glue will have let go a bit. The cabinet here and there a spot, but none of this is disturbing. See pictures, these speak for themselves and form a part of the description.

The HiQ radios were and are also extremely suitable for connecting a record player to it. Including the special plug for the speaker on the radio.

The speaker is great. A few spots, but in very good condition. 70 cm high, 70 wide, 43 deep and 19 kg, rare, certainly in this combination.
