She does not use photomontage and makes everything herself in her studio.

Charlotte Parenteau-Denoël is one of the two co-founders of the ‘Canned’ project.


The Canned project:


The ‘Canned’ project is the result of the alliance of two French artists, Charlotte Parenteau-Denoël and Fabien Moreau (Mofart'z). They use different media (photography, silkscreen and sculpture and painting).  


Their sources of inspiration are drawn from their personal experiences, from their childhood but also from artistic movements such as Pop art and Street art (with a liking for satirical art by the artist Banksy).

Their common desire is to hijack the codes and symbols of the society of over-industrialisation and over-consumption and poke fun at them.

They have gained international recognition and distribute their works in France but also in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, united Kingdom, Australia, USA...
