Mosasaurs were the 'dinosaurs of the sea' during the late cretaceous period. They were the most fearsome creatures around: quick as a dolphin, vicious as a shark. They did need to surface to breath air. 

Great and large mosasaur skull (62 cm) of a M. hoffmanni. Nothing like many other Morrocan composites being offered online! 

This skull was carefully prepped and with dedication mounted in 3D. The  lab did a stunning and magnificent job in restoring this animal's former glory and now the skull offers a rare view back in time. 

Very complete, with nose bone, eye sockets, lower and upper jaw, teeth and added throat teeth present.
