Haig is een Schotse whisky die oorspronkelijk door John Haig & Co Ltd gemaakt werd.
Vandaag maakt de distillerie deel uit van het conglomeraat Diageo.
De Gold Label werd een vaste whisky in het assortiment nadat het bekroond werd met 10 gouden medailles en de hoogste bekroning nl.  de 'Gouden Cup' award.

Een van hun meest bekende reclameslogan was :
'Don't be vague, ask for Haig'


Gold Label werd icoon van Haig genoemd.
