Campagnolo - Kurkentrekker - Aluminium - Big Campagnolo
Campagnolo's signature craftsmanship gives the corkscrew a distinctive and unique character. Every stage and every process takes place in Vicenza, Italy.
The quality of the materials and meticulous finishing complement the sinuous forms of the various parts. Each component represents a characteristic trait of the Campagnolo bicycle brand. This is the case with the screws, which still derive from a 1970s Super Record crankset, an element that adorned the bicycles of legendary cycling legends of the past, such as Mercks, Indurain, and Gimondi.
A self-centering telescopic bell positions the ring precisely in the center of the cork: once the ring is tightened, the two levers release the cork easily and delicately. This prevents the bottle from being jarred or dislodged, which is typical of aged wines. Furthermore, the corkscrew is designed to never pierce the bottom of the cork, preventing pieces of cork from falling into the wine.
