"As a self-taught artist, officially discovered by Herman Brood on 4 July 2001, I bring passion and colour to life, inspired by Brood’s untamed energy and masters such as Karel Appel, Cobra, Picasso, Matisse and Chagall."

26 contemporary artworks are presented thanks to the generosity of artists, galleries and collectors who support this solidarity sale.
All funds raised through this action will be allocated to forbidden colours, which supports carefully selected projects helping LGBTQI+ people in Europe to live their lives to the fullest with self-respect, dignity and freedom.

forbidden colours is one of the main advocacy organizations at the European Union level. In 2023, the organisation built the largest lawsuit in the history of the European Union, against Hungary's anti-LGBTQI+ law. It is currently running several projects countering the growing anti-democracy and anti-LGBTQI+ threats all over Europe, such as in Italy, Hungary, Poland, Georgia, and Belgium.
