A finely cast Chinese bronze censer of tripod form, richly decorated in relief with scenes of scholars and sages in a mountainous landscape.
The body is surrounded by detailed figural panels depicting wise men in traditional robes, accompanied by symbolic elements such as rocks, trees and flowing forms, reflecting Daoist and scholarly themes.
