A magnificent and complete Dutch Keurbijbel (States Bible), printed in 1682 by Hendrick & Jacob Keur (Dordrecht) together with Marcus Doornick (Amsterdam).
This impressive folio edition has been professionally restored and rebound in full leather with brass clasps and corner pieces in traditional style. The restoration has resulted in a solid and highly decorative copy while preserving the original 17th-century text block.

Complete Old and New Testament.
Large engraved architectural title page.
Separate engraved title page for the New Testament.
3 large folding engraved maps, complete.
8 full-page engraved plates, each containing 8 biblical scenes (64 scenes in total).
Decorative engraved illustrations throughout.
Condition Very good overall after professional restoration. The binding is firm and attractive, pages remain clean with normal age-related toning and occasional signs of use. Folding maps and engraved plates are complete. An impressive collector's copy suitable for both collectors and display.
