Enzo Affaticati - CALM SEA . XXL

Enzo Affaticati, een jonge self-taught kunstenaar, is geboren in een huis waar spelen met zijn moeders acrylverf normaal was. Hij is de zoon van kunstenaar Miriam Chiera. Hij toonde altijd belangstelling voor schilderen en werkte samen met zijn moeder aan enkele van zijn werken. Het heeft echter vele jaren geduurd voordat hij besloot zich volledig aan kunst te wijden. Momenteel werkt hij met zijn moeder in haar studio in Senigallia, Italië.

In zijn werken is naturalisme terug te zien in een zeer vereenvoudigde, minimalistische en puristische schilderstijl met een harmonisch palet. Zijn onderwerpen zijn stroken landbouwgebied, bomen, dakenmetsels, en zeelandschappen die rust, afzondering en stilte overbrengen.
