A. Minolta 7000 Body
This Minolta 7000 is the first autofocus SLR-camera developed by Minolta and introduced in 1985.
With this camera Minolta introduced the A-Mount for the first time. Minolta placed the electrical focus-motor in the camera. This kept the cost of lenses low, and helped minimize noise. It was a revolutionary camera that redefined what an SLR was with the addition of computer chips in the camera body, lenses, and accessories. These controlled the camera functions for optimal results. This level of sophistication had not previously been brought to market.

B. Minolta AF Zoom 35 – 80mm

With this body comes the Minolta AF Zoom 35 – 80mm F 4 – 5.6.
This compact and lightweight zoomlens was introduced in 1988 and covers the most popular daily photographic situations, from portrait to landscape.
The lens is protected by a built in lens-cap. The rear-cap is also included.

The camera and the lens are in excellent condition. The grip of the camera is a bit worn out as can be seen in the photos. This has no influence on the functioning of the camera.
Power is provided by 4 AA or 4 AAA batteries. Both battery-holders are included in this set.
Also included is the body cap, the camera-strap, a Kodacolor film 200 ASA / 36 exposures and a Minolta 7000 Manual (in Dutch).
