Midnight Carnival is een levendige botanische fantasie waarin kleur tot leven komt tegen de diepte van een middernachtelijke tuin. Glowing coral, orange and golden blooms rise among electric blues, turquoise leaves, violet shadows and flashes of intense magenta.

The composition feels almost illuminated from within. Delicate linear textures run across petals and leaves, giving each form a tactile, hand-drawn character, while circular blossoms and sweeping stems create a playful rhythm throughout the work. Against the rich dark background, the brightest flowers appear to float like lanterns in the night.
