Whisky-veiling (The Macallan)

The Macallan – Een Nacht op Aarde in Schotland – in samenwerking met Erica Dorn – Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Beperkte seizoensrelease van The Macallan (2021), de eerste editie in de serie “A Night on Earth”.

Limited seasonal release from The Macallan (2021), the first edition in the “A Night on Earth” series. It celebrates Scotland’s Hogmanay (New Year’s Eve) traditions and was created in collaboration with Japanese-French illustrator Erica Dorn, whose work has appeared in Wes Anderson films.
The whisky was matured in a combination of American and European oak sherry-seasoned casks as well as ex-bourbon barrels, delivering a rich shortbread character with notes of vanilla, baked apple, shortbread, dried orange, fig and cinnamon.
