Vintage 14K Gold Ring with Flame-Fusion Ruby Materials: 14K yellow gold (XRF tested), synthetic ruby (flame-fusion/Verneuil process) Ring size: 49 (EU) / 9 (IT) / 4 ¾ (US) Ring head: 11.5 × 9.1 × 3.5 mm Ring arm: 2.4 to 1.2 mm Main Stone: Flame-fusion ruby (synthetic), oval faceted cut, approx. 9.5 × 7.0 × 3.5 mm, total estimated weight 1.85 ct. This process revolutionized jewelry by making rubies more affordable and widely available during the early to mid-20th century.
