Antique German Vienna Regulator Wall Clock - Kienzle - c. 1900-1910 An exquisite example of a German "Vienna Regulator" (Freischwinger) wall clock, manufactured by the renowned factory **Kienzle** (Schlenker & Kienzle) at the beginning of the 20th century. This timepiece features a beautifully preserved walnut-cased body with hand-turned columns and a classic architectural pediment. * **Manufacturer:** Kienzle (confirmed by movement technical stamps). * **Movement:** Solid brass, full-plate movement, stamped with serial number **54617**. * **Patent Mark:** Stamped **D.G.M.S.** (Deutsches Reichs-Gebrauchsmuster), indicating a registered German design protection. * **Adjustment Specs:** Stamped **43 / 104** (Pendulum length 43 cm / 104 beats per minute). * **Dial:** White enamel/porcelain dial with Roman numerals for 1-12 and rare red Arabic numerals for the 24-hour format (13-24), a design popular for railway-era timekeeping. * **Pendulum:** Decorative grid-iron style pendulum with a polished brass lentil. * **Chime:** Strikes on the half-hour and full hour on a resonant coiled gong. * **Condition:** In good working order.
