This very limited and long sold-out series from the Struise Brouwers is something I’ve just pulled from my cellar. The bottles have always been stored properly — cool, dark, and upright — waiting for the right moment to open and enjoy. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, that moment won’t come for me, so I’ve decided to let them go. These are six bottles of “Zombination”, released in 2016 as a collaboration with Zombier (Spain) — a highly complex Russian Imperial Stout with an impressive 17% ABV, aged in a mix of different barrels. A true collector’s item and a rare opportunity to own a piece of Struise brewing history.
