A small table lamp nicknamed "Chinese", designed by designer Helena Frantová in 1953 for Okolo / Žukov, made in the ex Czechoslovakia. The lamp has a simple, modernist yet sophisticated design. Is very requested from collectors. The entire modernist shaped structure of the lamp body is made of nickel plated metal. The circular lampshade, which resembles a traditional Chinese hat in shape, is conveniently made of parchment, which is sewn onto the rim with a string. Thanks to the light metal structure, the lamp can be used as a table reading lamp or hung on the wall. The lamp body is in its original condition, the parchment lampshade was remade according to the original design. The lamp works with one light bulb with an E27 socket.
