Mondia - Graduate - Ohne mindestpreis - 76-787-70 - Herren - 1960-1969

Vintage Mondia Graduate dress watch from the late 1960s, presented as a full set with original box and international warranty booklet (undated). Mondia was a respected Swiss brand that became part of the Movado-Zenith-Mondia group in 1969, making their watches attractive to collectors seeking quality Swiss craftsmanship with an interesting provenance. The Graduate model represents Mondia's classic dress watch line, featuring clean design with a distinctive two-tone dial and reliable Swiss manual-wind movement. Dial: Silver/champagne dial with striking black chapter ring featuring applied baton hour markers. The two-tone design creates visual depth with the sunburst-finished silver centre contrasting against the dark outer track. "MONDIA" logo beneath 12 o'clock, "GRADUATE" text above 6 o'clock. Date window at 3 o'clock with framed aperture. The dial shows some light marks and minor patina consistent with age — please refer to photos for accurate representation. Case: Gold-plated case with stainless steel back retains good plating with typical wear at the edges and lugs consistent with a watch of this age. Classic round dress watch proportions with slim profile. Push-pull crown at 3 o'clock. Acrylic crystal with visible scratches (could be polished). Movement: Swiss manual-wind movement, caliber AS 1951, 17 jewels, with Incabloc shock protection. The movement features a gilt finish with perlage decoration, signed "MONDIA SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS SWISS". Running well and keeping good time. Antimagnetic. Comes with original felt-lined Mondia presentation box (green, showing age). Fitted with an era-appropriate black lizard-grain leather strap by Banda. Case size: 35mm Lug to lug: 41.5mm Thickness: 9.4mm Lug width: 18mm Strap length: 18.5cm total *** Cyan Collectibles is collector-run and based in Singapore.
All watches are carefully and securely packed before being shipped, insured and tracked.
For the standard shipping fee charged, most watches will be shipped by global courier FedEx or its equivalent. In rare instances when this is not possible, shipping will be international registered parcel post with limited tracking.

Do note that your country of residence may impose customs and import duties.
Handling charges levied by couriers for customs processing - usually minor - will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipments to the US have become increasingly problematic and slow following the Trump administration’s uneven application of new import restrictions. Expect delays and additional shipping costs. Please examine the photos before bidding, as they form an integral part of the description. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as described.
