Antik Buntglasfenster - 1910-1920 - Religiöses Gremium

Fire-Painted Stained Glass Religious Panel – Hand-Painted – ca. 1900–1920 In excellent condition – No reserve. A beautifully atmospheric antique stained-glass panel, richly fire-painted and depicting a solemn biblical figure in a stylised landscape with cypress trees and the three crosses of Golgotha in the background. The expressive face, warm golden tones and deep reds and greens give this panel a strong spiritual and decorative presence. The strong red sky is iconographic, symbolising sacrifice, suffering, and divine drama. The glass is painted using traditional vitreous paints and fired in a kiln, resulting in permanent, nuanced shading and fine line work. The lead cames form an elegant, flowing composition typical of early 20th-century ecclesiastical and devotional stained glass, often found in chapels, religious institutions or private devotional interiors. An excellent standalone interior object that works equally well in front of a window, mounted on a wall, or suspended as a light-catching artwork.
