Omega - Electronic f300Hz - Ohne mindestpreis - 198.0019 - Herren - 1972

The Omega De Ville Electronic F300Hz Chronometer, reference 198.0019 (1972), is a beautiful example of early electronic watch technology combined with Omega’s chronometer tradition. The 36 mm cushion/stylish square stainless steel case carries an elegant blue dial with a date window at 6 o’clock. This model uses the electronic tuning-fork movement Omega Caliber 1250, which runs at 300 Hz known for its exceptional precision and its characteristic, subtle humming sound. The dial is marked Chronometer, indicating the watch has undergone and passed official accuracy tests and is certified. The watch is in nice condition, runs excellently and is fitted on a new leather strap. History In the 1970s the F300Hz line represented an important transitional period in watchmaking: not fully mechanical like traditional watches, yet not quartz with integrated electronics as seen later. Tuning-fork movements such as Caliber 1250 (originally developed by Bulova/Accutron and further developed by other manufacturers) combined reliability and precision with a unique sound and a smooth sweep of the seconds hand that differed from the ticking of mechanical watches. Omega’s De Ville Electronic Chronometer demonstrates this technological leap and the brand’s ambition to be both innovative and horologically accurate. specifications Brand: Omega Model: De Ville Electronic F300Hz Chronometer Reference number: 198.0019 Year of production: 1972 Case material: Stainless steel Case shape: Cushion / square-like Case diameter: 36 mm Dial: Blue, date at 6 o’clock Movement: Electronic tuning-fork movement, Omega calibre 1250 Frequency: 300 Hz Chronometer: Officially certified, marked on the dial Hands/functions: Hours, minutes, central seconds Date: Window at 6 o’clock Strap: New leather strap Additional features: Distinctive humming sound of the tuning-fork movement Condition: Very good, well-preserved vintage state Warranty: 24-month warranty Includes official KCL documentation
