Brosche - 14 kt Gelbgold - 0.12ct. tw. Diamant (Natürlich) - Perle - Sapphire Belle Époque1910

A graceful bow-shaped brooch from the 1910s, where Belle Époque refinement meets early Art Deco flair. Set with luminous seed pearls and royal-blue sapphires in a stylised fan-like motif, it centres on a glinting old-cut diamond. The subtly curved silhouette gives the illusion of movement, as if freshly tied. Its playful elegance evokes soirées past, an intimate nod to fashion, femininity, and the quietly luxurious joys of dressing well. Jewellery type Antique brooch (antique pieces like this are classified in the US as estate jewelry). Condition Very good condition Country of origin Unknown. Despite careful examination, no hallmarks or distinctive features could be identified that would allow us to attribute this jewel to a specific country. Its materials and construction, however, do allow us to confidently date it to around 1910. Style A transitional design bridging the Belle Époque and early Art Deco. The piece reflects the elegance and decorative grace of the Belle Époque while hinting at the emerging geometric clarity of Art Deco. See also: Art Deco. Style specifics A fine example of early 20th-century taste. This brooch combines the lightness and romantic motifs of the Belle Époque with the streamlined forms of the early Art Deco era. Such pieces often reflected the societal shift from aristocratic elegance to modern optimism.
