The timepiece was carefully stripped, and the dial was meticulously cleaned, its electronic movement cleaned and touched up, demagnetised, and its battery replaced on 9 April 2024. It should be able to operate unhindered until the next battery change thereby providing both owners peace of mind. Its well-preserved silver case was also given a good clean-up and rub while maintaining its sharp lines and sexy curves. Most age imperfections were removed without compromising the case shape and colour. The crystal is original and was given a good rub and is now in mint condition. The unsigned crown is located at its traditional 3H position and is easily accessible. The date and time quickset works flawlessly by uncorking the crown to the first and second levels for relevant adjustments. The case width and thickness are approximately 40mm (without crown) and 47mm respectively. The lug width is 20mm and the bracelet can accommodate wrists up to 20cm thereabouts; hence, this watch is suitable for men and the modern women. To the best of our knowledge and expertise when overhauling the timepiece, the watch is 100% original Cyma components from this particular watch. No parts were replaced with aftermarket parts or modified thereby it is considered in near MINT condition. Even though the seals and gaskets are present, this timepiece has not been water-resistant tested due to its age. The pictures provided shows the watch case in mint condition and well maintained. It has also been demagnetised to improve parts reliability, minimise wear + tear, and improve accuracy. The only drawback is the lack of documentation, but the original box accompanies the timepiece. Bear in mind that both watches have seen many of the previous owners’ ups and downs in life and should be cherished and well taken care of for the next generational couple to savour such engineering beauty. Yes, there are many other same models in the market, BUT almost all are not in the same quality condition and as well maintained as what you see here.
