Pieropan Soave Classico 2011, a renowned white wine from the historic area of Soave, in Veneto. Characteristics of the wine Producer: Pieropan, a historic company founded in 1880 that has contributed significantly to the prestige of the Soave denomination. Grapes: Composed mainly of Garganega (about 85%) and Trebbiano di Soave grapes (15%). Organoleptic Profile: Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Scent: Fresh and delicate notes reminiscent of white flowers (such as elderberry), almonds and marzipan. Taste: Tasty, fresh and slim, with a typical mineral note in the finish.
