The exterior is adorned with detailed flowers in soft white, red, green, and gold tones, creating a refined and traditional Japanese aesthetic. The rim is finished with a gold band. The base bears a signature, and the tea bowl comes with its original wooden box (tomobako), inscribed in calligraphy.
